Payment Terms: A 30% deposit is required within 3 working days of booking, with the remaining balance due 42 days before arrival.

Security Deposit: A refundable €1,000 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card one day before your stay and released within 5 days after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

Cancellation Policy:

• 28 Days or More Before Arrival: 50% of paid prepayments are refundable.

• 7 Days or More Before Arrival: 10% of paid prepayments are refundable.

• Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival: 0% of the payment is refundable.

• Cancellation Process: Cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email to hello@theyumihouse.com.
